The Baltimore Ravens plan to start Lamar Jackson at quarterback Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, sources told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Joe Flacco had yet to be cleared from his hip injury as of Tuesday but Garafolo notes he could be in the coming days.
Jackson earned victories over the Cincinnati Bengals and Oakland Raiders in the first two starts of his career.
The rookie quarterback completed 14 of 25 passes in Week 12 for 178 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions. He added 71 rushing yards and a score on 11 carries.
The dual-threat 21-year-old has the Ravens sitting in the AFC's No. 6 seed after losing three games in a row prior to their bye.
