Report: Lions HC Patricia consistently late to meetings
It appears Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia doesn't prioritize punctuality.
One former Lions player told Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press that Patricia was consistently late to meetings during his time with the team.
Meanwhile, Wednesday's media session was pushed back around 45 minutes due to Patricia being late. And during the session, the former New England Patriots assistant was asked about the importance of being on time.
"I think it just depends on the situation really," Patricia replied. "It depends. There's a pretty busy schedule from those situations I think for everybody. I think fluidity is probably the best answer for you."
Patricia's endured a rough first season with the Lions, who sit last in the NFC North with a 5-10 record entering Week 17.
