The Chiefs finally clinched the top seed and home-field advantage in the AFC with a win over the lowly Raiders on Sunday. The Patriots also earned a first-round bye by blowing out the Jets.

The Texans won the AFC South for the third time in the past four years and, as a result, will again host a playoff game in the first round.

Wild Card Weekend will feature a rematch of the Week 16 battle between the Ravens and Chargers. The Baltimore defense shut down Philip Rivers in the previous encounter, but Los Angeles will likely have Melvin Gordon back for this meeting.

With a win on Sunday night over the Titans, the Colts grabbed the final wild-card spot to set up a third meeting with the Texans this season. The two division rivals split the season series and were even in points scored (58) in the two matchups.

The Bears helped the Eagles reach the postseason on Sunday and will face them on Wild Card Weekend. Chicago played their regulars in Week 17 and knocked Minnesota out of playoff contention. Nick Foles led Philly to three consecutive wins to end the season and has the defending champions in position to defend their crown.

The other wild-card matchup will feature a rematch of a Week 3 contest between the Cowboys and Seahawks. The Hawks took that early-season meeting 24-13 in Seattle, but Round 2 will take place in Texas.
