The Philadelphia Eagles believe quarterback Nick Foles suffered bruised ribs and will be okay moving forward, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Foles left Sunday's game with 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter and was taken to the locker room. He was deemed questionable to return.
Foles had the Eagles up 17-0 on the Washington Redskins in a must-win game. Nate Sudfeld threw a 22-yard touchdown in Foles' absence as the Eagles held on for a 24-0 victory.
The reigning Super Bowl MVP will be counted upon if the Eagles are to make another deep playoff run.
