Ravens clinch AFC North with win over Browns
The Baltimore Ravens clinched the AFC North title and booked their ticket to the playoffs with Sunday's 26-24 win over the Cleveland Browns, sealing the thrilling victory with a late interception on 2018 first overall pick Baker Mayfield.
The Pittsburgh Steelers were all but eliminated from the postseason as a result, despite their 16-13 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. They would've claimed the division title and the playoff berth with a Ravens loss.
Pittsburgh's last hope was to sneak into the postseason at 9-6-1 was a tie between the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans on Sunday night, but the Colts rolled to a win and clinched the final wild-card spot.
Ravens rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson, the 32nd pick of April's draft, completed 14 of 24 pass attempts for 179 yards on the day. He also ran 20 times for 90 yards and two touchdowns.
Jackson led the Ravens to a 6-1 record after replacing Joe Flacco as the starting quarterback in Week 11.
