The Denver Broncos are blocking other teams from interviewing Gary Kubiak for prospective offensive coordinator jobs, league sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Kubiak spent this season as a senior personnel advisor to the Broncos after health issues forced him to step down as head coach after the 2016 campaign.
The Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals have reportedly had their requests to interview Kubiak denied as the Broncos hope he will work with their next head coach in some capacity.
Kubiak, who led Denver to a championship in Super Bowl 50, reportedly also prefers to stay in the Mile High City.
The 57-year-old went 21-11 in two seasons as Broncos head coach. He served the same role for the Houston Texans from 2006-13.
