Report: Gronkowski at 100 percent after multiple injuries
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is apparently fully healthy after battling a series of injuries throughout the season, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Gronkowski reportedly suffered through Achilles tendinitis in Week 5, then fought off a back injury in Week 7. The Patriots star suffered a bulging disk in his back but was eventually taken off the injury report and hasn't been listed since the playoffs began.
Leading up to the Super Bowl, Gronkowski has been asked whether he plans to retire and has been noncommittal on a decision.
"I'm thinking about how to get myself to go full go (against the Rams)", Gronkowski said, according to Rapoport.
Gronkowski recorded 47 catches for 682 yards and three touchdowns in 13 games. The veteran tight end has caught seven passes for 104 yards during the postseason.
