The mysterious let-it-ride gambler who won over $24 million last year after betting on the World Series and Super Bowl LII, saw his hot streak come to an end Sunday.

The man, known as Bettor X, lost at least $3.8 million on three bets - all made at +120 odds - on the Los Angeles Rams to win Super Bowl LIII, according to Ben Fawkes of ESPN.

On Thursday, Bettor X placed an approximate $2-million money-line bet on the Rams at MGM. He made another money-line bet for approximately $1.5 million the next day at William Hill, followed by a $300,000 money-line bet at South Point.

Despite the big loss, Bettor X is still up over $20 million during his run.
