Wide receiver Marquise Brown will miss the NFL Scouting Combine and his pro day ahead of the 2019 draft while recovering from surgery, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Brown, a product of Oklahoma, is widely expected to be a first-round pick in April. It's believed he'll be ready for summer training camp with a chance he participates in rookie minicamp, Schefter adds.
The star wideout underwent the procedure in January for a Lisfranc injury suffered in December's Big 12 Championship Game. He played through the ailment in the Sooners' Orange Bowl loss to Alabama.
Brown finished the 2018 campaign with 75 receptions for 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns while working as the No. 1 option for Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray.
