The Arizona Cardinals have acquired offensive tackle Marcus Gilbert from the Pittsburgh Steelers for a sixth-round draft pick, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Steelers were reportedly shopping Gilbert leading up to the deal.
Gilbert will bolster an offensive line that struggled mightily last season, though he also comes with concerns about his ability to stay on the field. Injuries and a suspension for failing a performance-enhancing drug test in 2017 have limited him to 12 games over the past two years.
Gilbert, 31, spent the first eight years of his career with the Steelers.
The NFL cannot officially process the trade until March 13, the first day of the new league year.
