The Miami Dolphins have released veteran receiver Danny Amendola after one season, the team announced Friday.
Amendola signed a two-year contract with Miami last March. His release saves the team $6 million in cap space.
The 33-year-old caught 59 passes for 575 yards and a touchdown in 2018. He could latch on as a veteran slot option for another club this upcoming campaign.
