Kyler Murray visits Giants
The New York Giants appear to be doing their homework on the top quarterback prospects in the 2019 NFL Draft class.
Projected first-round pick Kyler Murray visited the Giants on Thursday, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Murray posted a photo of the team's training facility on his Instagram story (shared by ESPN's Adam Schefter), appearing to confirm the news.
Though New York general manager Dave Gettleman has reiterated his commitment to veteran starter Eli Manning for 2019, his club may still be in the market for Manning's eventual successor.
The Giants hold the sixth and 17th overall pick in the draft, but could also be eyeing a pass-rusher with their top selection.
Murray has visited a number of clubs selecting in the top 15 during the pre-draft process, including the Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, and Arizona Cardinals.
