A 64-year-old Missouri man has been cited for allegedly shining a laser pointer on Tom Brady during January's AFC Championship Game, Glenn E. Rice of the Kansas City Star reports.
Dwyan Morgan could receive a one-year jail sentence or a fine of up to $1,000 for disturbing the peace, Jackson County prosecutor Jean Peters Baker said in a news release obtained by Rice.
The fan is not a season-ticket holder and could receive a lifetime ban from Arrowhead Stadium.
