A Georgia man hit the jackpot when he bid $4,000 on a storage locker containing valuables that belonged to NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens.
Owens stopped making payments on the storage unit, which led to its inclusion in an auction, according to Sophia Choi of WSB-TV Atlanta.
The locker contained helmets, shoulder pads, playbooks, and autographed memorabilia that previously belonged to Owens.
Jim Rice has already begun selling off some of the locker's contents.
"You better run fast to get some of these items," he said.
