There is a good chance the New York Jets trade the third overall pick in a move down the board at the 2019 NFL Draft, ESPN's Rich Cimini reports.
One rival team reportedly believes the Jets already have a deal in place to trade the pick if Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams is available for another club at No. 3.
New York openly discussed trading back in the weeks leading up to the draft.
It appears the Buffalo Bills could be the team ready to move up. Buffalo holds the ninth overall selection.
The Jets don't have a second-round pick entering Thursday evening, as they traded it last year in the deal that netted them quarterback Sam Darnold.
