Newly signed Seattle Seahawks defensive end Ezekiel Ansah is still recovering from December shoulder surgery and is expected to miss training camp, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
It's believed Ansah could miss at least the first month of the season, sources told Schefter.
The 29-year-old will reportedly sign a one-year deal with Seattle on Thursday after spending the first six seasons of his career with the Detroit Lions.
Ansah battled through shoulder issues for much of the 2018 campaign. He played in seven games and landed on injured reserve in December. The pass-rusher underwent surgery shortly after, which slowed his market as a free agent.
