Free-agent wide receiver Brandon Marshall is working out for the Indianapolis Colts on Friday, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Marshall began the 2018 season with the Seattle Seahawks but was released in October after appearing in six contests. The New Orleans Saints signed him two weeks later, though the veteran never played in a game before being cut in December.

The 35-year-old hasn't completed a full season since 2016 when he was a member of the New York Jets. The New York Giants signed him a year later but an ankle injury ended his campaign in Week 5.

Marshall would join a crowded receiver room in Indianapolis if signed. The Colts' top targets at the position include T.Y. Hilton, Devin Funchess, Chester Rogers, and rookie Parris Campbell.
