Atlanta Falcons safety Keanu Neal is believed to have torn his Achilles versus the Indianapolis Colts, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Neal was carted off the field on Sunday after suffering what the team called an Achilles injury. He threw his helmet after going down late in the second quarter and was in tears as the cart drove onto the field to take him off.
The 24-year-old made the Pro Bowl in 2017 but played in only one game last year before going down with a torn ACL. He entered Week 3 with 10 tackles through two games.
Atlanta also lost running back Ito Smith due to a concussion.
