The Jets' slow start this season hasn't discouraged running back Le'Veon Bell, who on Sunday called for fans to stick with the winless team.
"I'm not frustrated at all," he said after Gang Green fell 30-14 to the New England Patriots, according to SNY. "I just know this team has a lot of talent, we gotta put it all together. It's a new system, guys' first time playing together, new coaching staff, so we gotta just mesh everything together and we gotta get on board."
The Jets dropped to 0-3 after their Week 3 loss, and they failed to score an offensive touchdown for the second straight game. The club squandered a 16-0 lead over the Buffalo Bills in Week 1 before getting blown out the last two contests.
Bell, who signed a four-year, $52-million contract with the Jets in free agency, has averaged just 2.9 yards per carry this season. He totaled 35 yards on 18 carries versus the Patriots, adding 28 yards on four receptions.
