Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks left in the fourth quarter of Thursday Night Football against the Seattle Seahawks to be evaluated for a concussion.
Cooks' head appeared to hit the ground as he hauled in a 29-yard catch from Jared Goff while under heavy coverage from Seahawks cornerback Shaquill Griffin.
Cooks entered Week 5 with 19 receptions for 296 yards and one touchdown. The 26-year-old speedster has topped 1,000 receiving yards in each of the last four seasons.
