Keenan Allen: Broncos' Harris can't hold my jockstrap
Despite being held to 18 yards on four receptions in Week 5, Keenan Allen doesn't think Denver Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. is good enough to carry his jockstrap.
"Go watch the film, bruh," the Los Angeles Chargers wideout told Fernando Ramirez of NBC San Diego. "This is not a secret."
Allen and Harris have mixed it up before. The two Pro Bowl talents typically line up across from each other when the Chargers and Broncos meet.
The jockstrap became a talking point after Allen commented on a Harris fan account on Instagram.
"Now, y'all know damn well that boy can't hold my jockstrap," he said. "Stop it."
In nine career games against the Broncos, Allen has averaged 4.8 receptions for 45.3 yards. He's caught five touchdown passes in those contests.
