Interim Washington Redskins head coach Bill Callahan reinstalled Case Keenum as the team's starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins and announced rookie Dwayne Haskins will be the backup.

The Week 6 game will be the Redskins' first since the team fired head coach Jay Gruden after an 0-5 start. Gruden went with Keenum for the first four weeks before benching him for Haskins in Week 4 and replacing both with Colt McCoy last Sunday.

Though Callahan is returning to Keenum, he isn't making a long-term commitment to the journeyman quarterback.

"I think the NFL is a week-to-week thing," Callahan said.

In four games, Keenum completed 68% of his passes for 970 yards while throwing seven touchdown passes and four interceptions. He's also been sacked seven times and lost two fumbles.

Due to the turnovers and ineffective play, Haskins played the majority of Week 4 and went 9-for-17 for 107 yards and three interceptions. In McCoy's lone game at the helm, he went 18-for-27 for 122 yards and one interception while taking six sacks.
