The Arizona Cardinals have fielded calls from at least three teams interested in trading for veteran cornerback Patrick Peterson in recent weeks, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
However, Arizona remains uninterested in trading Peterson, Schefter adds.
The eight-time Pro Bowler is nearing the end of his six-game suspension. He'll be eligible for next week's game against the New York Giants.
Peterson has spent his first eight seasons in the desert. He requested a trade last season when the Cardinals were in the midst of a league-worst 3-13 campaign.
The 29-year-old retracted his request this summer, claiming he would "love to be a Cardinal for life."
The NFL's Oct. 29 trade deadline is just over two weeks away.
