Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is considered questionable to play in Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, head coach Dan Quinn said Friday, according to team writer Kelsey Conway.
Ryan suffered a sprained ankle in last Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Rams, though he was able to return to practice Friday.
"We will have a sense for what that looks like tomorrow. We pushed it really hard with him today to see how he responds overnight," Quinn said Friday, according to ESPN's Vaughn McClure.
Quinn added that Ryan will be ruled inactive if he can't play in Week 8, team writer William McFadden reports. Veteran Matt Schaub would start in Ryan's place and Danny Etling would serve as the backup.
