Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark is considered week-to-week with the neck injury that will keep him out of Sunday night's Week 8 game against the Green Bay Packers, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The Chiefs are apparently hopeful the injury won't sideline their prized offseason acquisition long term. Clark has gotten off to a slow start with his new team, managing just three sacks over seven games while playing through the neck ailment.
The veteran, who was acquired from the Seattle Seahawks before the draft, inked a five-year, $105-million contract with Kansas City. Clark posted a career-high 14 sacks in 16 games during 2018.
