Indianapolis Colts running back Marlon Mack fractured his right hand in Sunday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Mack will undergo tests to determine if surgery is required, but he's already been ruled out of Thursday Night Football in Week 12, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The lead back recorded 14 carries for 109 yards, including a 13-yard rushing touchdown, against Jacksonville before exiting the contest.
Mack entered Week 11 as the league's ninth-leading rusher with 753 yards and three scores.
Jonathan Williams took over rushing duties once Mack left.
