Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook was ruled out Sunday after suffering a shoulder injury early in the third quarter against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Cook injured the same shoulder in Week 13, though he returned the following week.
Cook was helped to the sideline versus the Chargers before being examined in the medical tent. The Vikings declared him unavailable for the rest of the afternoon shortly thereafter.
The Florida State product entered Week 15 ranked fourth in rushing with 1,018 yards, and he's scored 13 touchdowns.
The Vikings replaced Cook with Mike Boone and Ameer Abdullah, as top backup Alexander Matison is inactive.
