Vikings' Diggs misses 2nd straight practice with illness

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs wasn't spotted at practice Wednesday for the second consecutive day because of an illness, according to ESPN's Courtney Cronin.

Last week, Vikings safety Andrew Sendejo and defensive end Stephen Weatherly were hindered by an illness that head coach Mike Zimmer said was not the flu.

Diggs is coming off a two-catch outing on Wild Card Weekend against the New Orleans Saints. Despite his quiet afternoon, the Vikings pulled off an overtime upset on the road.

Fellow receiver Adam Thielen was a limited participant on Wednesday after suffering an ankle injury during the practice, reports Cronin.

The Vikings will hit the road again on Saturday to face the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round.
