The New York Giants and new head coach Joe Judge are expected to speak with Freddie Kitchens about a role on their offensive staff, ESPN's Jordan Raanan reports.
Kitchens is coming off a one-year stint as head coach of the Cleveland Browns, for whom he posted a 6-10 record.
Kitchens has spent most of his career as a position coach, collecting experience working with quarterbacks, running backs, and tight ends. He served as interim offensive coordinator for the Browns in 2018 before being promoted to full-time head coach in 2019.
Judge and Kitchens previously worked together at Mississippi State.
