Several players voice disappointment at NFLPA voting to approve CBA

The NFL players' union voted Saturday to ratify the owner-approved proposal for a new collective bargaining agreement, securing labor peace through the 2030 season.

It was a narrow decision on the players' end, with 1,019 in favor and 959 opposed (51.5% to 48.5%). The deal will see an increase in player compensation along with a 17-game regular-season schedule and an expanded playoff field, among other changes.
