Jim Kelly: If Bills don't win AFC East, 'something's wrong'
Even after Tom Brady's departure from the New England Patriots, the Buffalo Bills are still deferring to the AFC East giants.
Bills coach Sean McDermott recently said the Patriots "remain the favorite" in the division even though Buffalo is heavily favored to supplant its rivals for division supremacy.
But if the head coach won't call his shot, franchise legend Jim Kelly will. The Pro Football Hall of Famer, who took the Bills to four consecutive Super Bowls, believes Buffalo will win the AFC East in 2020.
"If they don't, then something's wrong," Kelly said on "The Zach Gelb Show." "Tom Brady is not there to block you anymore, so that, to me, is huge.
"Now that Brady's not in it, I definitely do think the Bills are the team to beat."
Buffalo hasn't won the AFC East since 1995. The Bills finished second in the division last season and claimed a wild-card spot.
