The Los Angeles Rams and wide receiver Cooper Kupp agreed on a three-year contract extension, the team announced Saturday.
Kupp's deal is worth up to $48 million, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
Los Angeles' front office has been busy this week leading up to its 2020 season opener, having completed its record extension for star cornerback Jalen Ramsey on Wednesday.
Kupp, 27, has been a trusty target for quarterback Jared Goff since entering the league in 2017. The slot artist finished last season with 94 receptions for 1,161 yards and 10 touchdowns, establishing career highs in all three categories a year after tearing his ACL.
The Rams will open their season Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.
