Julio Jones to return vs. Vikings after 1-game absence
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones will return from his hamstring ailment Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings after missing Week 5, the team announced in Friday's injury report.
Jones battled a hamstring injury at the beginning of the season and aggravated it in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys. He played the next week versus the Green Bay Packers but exited prematurely and didn't return.
Jones has posted 15 receptions for 213 yards over his first three appearances in 2020. The 31-year-old has amassed over 1,300 yards receiving in each of the last six seasons.
The Falcons will carry an 0-5 record into their tilt with the Vikings. The game will mark Raheem Morris' debut as the interim head coach, as Atlanta fired Dan Quinn following its latest defeat.
