Ravens sign Dez Bryant to practice squad
The Baltimore Ravens signed former star wide receiver Dez Bryant to their practice squad, the team announced Tuesday.
Bryant has been out of football since 2018, when he signed a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints. He tore his Achilles tendon two days after signing and was subsequently released.
The three-time Pro Bowler spent eight seasons as a member of the Dallas Cowboys. During his tenure in the Lone Star State, he recorded 531 receptions for 7,459 receiving yards and 73 touchdowns.
Bryant was emotional about the signing.
My emotions running high right now... I’m thankful...I can’t stop crying 😂
