Cleveland Browns pass-rusher Myles Garrett will undergo an MRI on Monday after suffering a knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, head coach Kevin Stefanski said, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal.

Garrett entered the game dealing with an ankle injury, but Stefanski added that the knee issue is unrelated.

The 2017 No. 1 pick was leading the NFL in sacks (nine) through eight weeks, and he's among the favorites for the Defensive Player of the Year Award.

He's also notched nine tackles for a loss and forced four fumbles.

Garrett failed to register a sack against Las Vegas, resulting in his first game without one since Week 1.
