Denver Broncos edge rusher Von Miller is eyeing a return in three-to-four weeks despite suffering what was believed to be a season-ending injury in training camp.

"My ankle is feeling good," Miller said on Instagram Live, according to Troy Renck of Denver7. "I am straight. Hopefully in a couple of weeks, three weeks to a month, I should be ready to go."

Miller had surgery in September for a dislodged tendon in his left ankle. The eight-time Pro Bowler sustained the injury days before the season opener but kept the door open for a return late in the year.

The Broncos started the campaign 0-3 amid a rash of injuries, but wins in three of their last four games has them on the cusp of wild-card contention.

Miller posted eight sacks last season, which marked the first time in his career that he failed to hit double digits while playing in at least 10 games.

The 31-year-old previously said he would play in 2020 if healthy enough, regardless of the Broncos' record.
