Each week, we'll highlight the best NFL betting trends and angles to consider as you prepare for the weekend's action. The trends were below .500 last week for the first time since Week 2, but we can get back on track with a juicy slate of Week 10 contests.

Here are some notable trends to watch for this week.

Buccaneers (-5.5, 50.5) at Panthers, 1 p.m. ET

Surely you've heard about Teddy Bridgewater's heroics as an underdog, but it bears repeating. The Panthers quarterback is 21-6 against the spread as an underdog, including 13-2 ATS when catching more than a field goal. The Buccaneers are 9-16-1 ATS in their last 26 as road favorites, and the team is 12-24-5 ATS after a loss since late 2015.

Trend play: Panthers +5.5

Bengals at Steelers (-7.5, 47), 4:25 p.m.

It might be time to stop betting against the Bengals as underdogs. They've gone 9-2-2 ATS in their last 13 games as underdogs, and a phenomenal 11-2-1 ATS in their last 14 catching points on the road. The Steelers, meanwhile, are 7-12 ATS in their last 19 contests as home chalk, and the club is 4-9 ATS in its previous 13 games giving a touchdown or more.

Trend play: Bengals +7.5

Seahawks at Rams (-2, 55), 4:25 p.m.

While the Rams have bested the Seahawks overall in recent meetings, it's been a different story against the spread, with Seattle going 5-2 ATS over its last seven against Los Angeles. The Seahawks are also 27-11-3 ATS after a loss since drafting Russell Wilson in 2012. Lastly, road 'dogs catching two or fewer points are a stellar 38-14-3 ATS (73.1%) since 2017.

Trend play: Seahawks +2

Ravens (-7, 43) at Patriots, 8:20 p.m.

Few teams perform better as road chalk than the Ravens, who are 11-4-1 ATS over their last 16 in that spot, and 6-1-1 ATS in the club's last eight giving seven-plus points on the road. Generally, road favorites of at least a touchdown have been quite profitable, going 34-19-2 ATS (64.2%) since 2018 with a 16-9-1 ATS run since mid-2019.

Trend play: Ravens -7
