The Las Vegas Raiders signed edger rusher Vic Beasley to the practice squad and claimed fellow edge rusher Takkarist McKinley off waivers, the team announced Monday.

Beasley and McKinley - both former first-round picks - were teammates for three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons between 2017-19.

Beasley opened the 2020 season with the Tennessee Titans, appearing in five games and recording three tackles. His tenure with the Titans got off to a rocky start after arriving late to training camp without an excused absence. He has 37.5 career sacks over 83 games.

McKinley started the year with the Falcons but was waived after calling out the organization for refusing to trade him. The 25-year-old was then claimed by the Cincinnati Bengals but was waived again after failing his physical. The San Francisco 49ers claimed him days later, but the fourth-year player was waived again for the same reason.

McKinley has one sack in four contests this season. In 49 career games, he's amassed 17.5 sacks.

The Raiders have 11 sacks as a team, which ranks 31st out of 32 clubs.
