Each week, we highlight the best NFL betting trends and angles to consider as you prepare for the weekend's action. The trends bounced back with a strong 3-1 week that was a late Bengals touchdown away from a perfect 4-0 record.
Here are some notable trends ahead of Week 13.
Saints (-3, 45.5) @ Falcons, 1 p.m. ET
The Titans blew out the Colts in a foreseeable revenge spot last week, but can the Falcons do the same here after losing to the Saints in Week 11? Teams playing in a revenge spot within two weeks of losing the first contest are now 24-8-1 against the spread in the last 33 tries, including 13-2 ATS since 2015. Underdogs coming off a win of at least 35 points, as Atlanta is this week, are also 14-5 ATS since 2008.
Trend play: Falcons +3
Browns @ Titans (-6, 54), 1 p.m.
The Browns are surging back into the playoff race ahead of this week's matchup with the Titans but you wouldn't know it based on their 1-5 ATS record since Week 6. Cleveland is also 1-4 ATS this year on the road and 1-6 ATS in its last seven games as underdogs, averaging a scoring margin of -16.3 points in those seven contests.
Trend play: Titans -6
Rams (-3, 48.5) @ Cardinals, 4:05 p.m.
The Cardinals have one of the league's most explosive offenses but the trends suggest they'll have a tough time putting up points on Sunday. The Rams are 8-3 to the under this year - best in the NFL - and have held their last eight opponents to 18 points per game amid a 7-1 under run. Los Angeles is also a phenomenal 15-3 to the under as favorites since 2019.
Trend play: Under 48.5
Giants @ Seahawks (-10, 46.5), 4:05 p.m.
The Giants were out of their element last week as big favorites, but they're back in a familiar role as underdogs - a spot where they've covered six straight with back-to-back outright wins. New York is also an NFL-best 17-5 ATS on the road since 2018, including 15-3 ATS as a road 'dog, while the Seahawks are 1-4 ATS in their last five games with shorter rest than their opponent.
Trend play: Giants +10
