With a third wild-card team added to each conference this season, there will be a tripleheader on both Saturday and Sunday of the playoffs' first round.

Here are the final standings and the matchups:

The red-hot Buffalo Bills enter the playoffs riding a six-game winning streak and holding the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs. They'll host the Indianapolis Colts next weekend who squeaked in with the last playoff spot.

After toppling the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, the Cleveland Browns booked a rematch with their divisional foes on Wild Card Weekend. The two teams split the season series this year, though Pittsburgh was decisive in a 38-7 home victory in Week 6, and the Browns narrowly beat the Steelers' backups on Sunday. The third contest will be at Heinz Field.

One of the marquee games of the weekend will be a playoff rematch between the Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens. Last season, the Titans knocked off the top-seeded Ravens in the divisional round, putting an early end to Lamar Jackson's MVP season. The two teams met again in Week 11 this year when Derrick Henry clinched another Tennessee victory in overtime.

The NFC wild-card slate features a rematch of the Week 8 overtime battle between the New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears. The Saints host this game, but this time, the Bears will have Mitch Trubisky under center after leading Chicago to the conference's final wild-card spot.

NFC West rivals will do battle when the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams. They also split the season series with the Rams victorious in Week 10 and the Seahawks getting the upper hand in Week 16.

Washington returns to the playoffs for the first time since 2015 after beating the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night. Locking up the NFC East sets them up to host the No. 5 seed Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first round.
