The Los Angeles Rams officially listed quarterback Jared Goff as active for Saturday's wild-card game against the Seattle Seahawks.
John Wolford started the playoff matchup despite the move, with Goff backing him up.
Goff missed Week 17 after undergoing surgery on his injured right thumb. He was questionable coming into the matchup after he resumed throwing on Wednesday.
Wolford started last week against the Arizona Cardinals and led Los Angeles to a playoff-clinching win, completing 22 of 38 passes for 231 yards and one interception.
The Rams and Seahawks split their regular-season series.
