Madden 22 trailer features Stafford throwing INT to Lions

In a virtual plot twist, the Madden 22 trailer features Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford throwing an interception to his former team.
Even stranger is that Jeff Okudah, who had a disastrous rookie season for the Detroit Lions last year, is the defender who picks Stafford off.
Stafford spent the first 12 seasons of his career in Motown before the Lions traded him to the Rams. Los Angeles surrendered a pair of first-round picks to acquire Stafford and shed Jared Goff's contract.
Stafford will face the Lions for the first time in Week 7 when Los Angeles hosts Detroit at SoFi Stadium.
