Jones proud of Cowboys' vaccination numbers
As of Friday, nine NFL teams had at least 90% of their players in the process of being fully vaccinated. Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones believes his franchise is one of those.
"Your team is better off if you're vaccinated. The more you're vaccinated, the better off you are. And we're really in good shape. We've got to be in the top 10," Jones said Sunday.
Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott refused to reveal his vaccination status earlier this week.
The NFL has instituted relaxed measures for fully vaccinated players, who will reportedly be tested 14 times for COVID-19 this campaign. Unvaccinated players will be tested 140 times.
Any game that can't be rescheduled this upcoming season due to a COVID-19 outbreak among unvaccinated players will reportedly result in a forfeit by the club responsible.
