The Minnesota Vikings listed star running back Dalvin Cook as questionable for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions as he continues to deal with an ankle injury.
Cook could be a game-time decision for the divisional matchup, head coach Mike Zimmer said Friday.
The ankle ailment sidelined Cook in Week 3, but he returned for last Sunday's 14-7 loss to the Cleveland Browns. He carried the ball just nine times for 34 yards before reaggravating the injury.
Cook missed practice Wednesday and Thursday.
If he's unable to go, Alexander Mattison figures to get another start. Mattison ran 26 times for 112 yards in Cook's absence in Week 3.
