Lamar out for 3rd straight game with ankle injury
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is inactive Sunday versus the Los Angeles Rams, sidelined with an ankle injury for the third consecutive week.
Tyler Huntley will fill in as the starter after missing Week 16 while on the COVID-19 list. He'll have wide receiver Marquise Brown, who is active despite missing practice time with an illness.
Jackson hasn't played since leaving a Week 14 loss to the Cleveland Browns with an ankle sprain. The Ravens are 1-2 this season without Jackson, who also missed Week 11 with an illness.
Baltimore is reeling down the stretch, losing its last four games to drop out of the playoff picture entering Week 17. Jackson, who earned his second career Pro Bowl selection this year, has thrown 16 touchdowns and 13 interceptions across 12 appearances.
Cornerback Anthony Averett (ribs/chest) and outside linebacker Odafe Oweh (foot) are among the Ravens' other inactives.
