Murray, Stafford both inactive for Cardinals-Rams game
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford are inactive for their teams' matchup Sunday.
Colt McCoy will start in place of Murray, while John Wolford gets the start for L.A.
Murray entered Week 10 as a game-time decision due to a hamstring injury. He was listed as questionable ahead of this weekend's showdown. He appeared to sustain the ailment in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks. The two-time Pro Bowl passer has passed for 2,168 yards and 12 touchdowns while leading Arizona to a 3-6 record this season.
Stafford returned to practice on Friday as a limited participant after missing two prior sessions. The team believes that Stafford may have sustained concussion symptoms during last week's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Rams hold a 3-5 record this season with Stafford under center. Stafford has thrown for 1,928 yards, eight touchdowns, and eight interceptions with a 68.4% completion rate.
Cardinals safety Budda Baker will be available after dealing with an ankle injury throughout the week.
