Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney won't play against the Denver Broncos due to a hamstring injury, a source told Jordan Schultz, theScore's NFL insider.

A source told Schultz that Toney has made good progress, and the Chiefs are hopeful to get him back in Week 15 against the Houston Texans. He has missed the Chiefs' last two games.

The Chiefs acquired Toney in October for third- and sixth-round picks. He scored a touchdown in his Chiefs debut.

The 23-year-old Toney has 47 catches for 489 yards and one touchdown in 15 career games.
