Browns' Cooper active vs. Bengals
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper is active for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Cooper was limited in practice during the week as he continues to deal with a hip injury. He was listed as questionable for Sunday's contest.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said Cooper suffered the ailment toward the end of Thursday's practice.
The four-time Pro Bowler leads all Cleveland wideouts with 61 receptions, 832 yards, and seven touchdowns. He's averaging 13.6 yards per catch.
Cooper is looking to improve his timing with quarterback Deshaun Watson, who made his season debut in last Sunday's win over the Houston Texans. The veteran wideout hauled in four receptions for 40 yards in Week 13.
The Browns (5-7) enter the weekend occupying third place in the AFC North, behind the Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens.
