Report: Eagles have interest in Bijan Robinson No. 10 overall
The Philadelphia Eagles have a real interest in taking Texas running back Bijan Robinson at No. 10 overall, sources told James Palmer of NFL Network.
Robinson is expected to be the first running back off the board and is regarded as one of the best overall players in this draft class.
The 21-year-old workhorse shined at Texas after coming on the scene in 2020. He led the Longhorns in rushing for three straight seasons and eclipsed 1,100 yards in back-to-back campaigns. Robinson also has the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield.
Philadelphia has a clear need at running back. The Eagles currently roster Kenneth Gainwell, Boston Scott, Rashaad Penny, and Trey Sermon.
General manager Howie Roseman has yet to select a first-round rusher since becoming the Eagles' decision-maker.
