Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell respond to viral video of Seahawks' Carroll
Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll has drawn satirical criticism from Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell, and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after going viral earlier this week.
After the Seahawks posted highlights of Carroll embarrassing the team's defense during practice sessions Thursday, the head coach shared the trio's joking responses.
In the original viral video, the 71-year-old Carroll completes no-look passes, rolls out of the pocket, and throws the ball for multiple completions against Seattle's defense in a dazzling yet comical display.
Goodell said Carroll was "abusing" the Seahawks' secondary and "shredding them every day with your passes," while Snoop Dogg called for the head coach to be "sanctioned."
Carroll took the responses in good nature. "Whoa, I had no idea you guys felt like that. But hey, you're either competing or you're not," he said.
